The Process
-
The process begins with a brief phone conversation to understand goals, background, and expectations. This ensures that TIDE is the right fit before moving forward. Families then complete the intake form and attend a scheduled Google Meet session. This meeting allows us to review the training philosophy, outline expectations, and establish clear communication from the start. The coaching agreement is reviewed and signed prior to any in-person work to ensure professionalism and transparency.
-
Each client completes an in-person consultation before training begins. Movement quality, technical proficiency, and overall readiness are evaluated to establish measurable baseline metrics. This step prevents guesswork and ensures that programming is individualized rather than generic. No training plan is created without first understanding how the client moves and performs.
-
Following the assessment, training begins according to the agreed-upon structure. Programming is developed using the data gathered during the consultation to ensure precision and intentional progression. Clients enter their first session with a clear plan and defined standards. Development begins immediately with accountability and measurable direction.
